Terms of Service

Applyvio is a personal project, owned and run by an individual ("I", "me"). By signing in or using Applyvio, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Applyvio does

Applyvio helps you write job application emails, cover letters and LinkedIn messages from your own profile, and track the applications you send. It is free to use. Features, limits and availability may change at any time.

Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Keep your information accurate — it is used to fill in your drafts.

Your content

You own what you put into Applyvio (your profiles, CVs, templates and notes) and the drafts it produces for you. You give me permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated drafts

  • Drafts are written by AI or from templates and can contain mistakes. Always review and edit a draft before sending it.
  • You are responsible for everything you send to employers. Don't claim skills or experience you don't have — Applyvio only knows what you tell it.
  • Free AI generations are limited per day. When the limit is reached or a provider is unavailable, Applyvio may fall back to a template.
  • If you use your own API key, the provider's terms and charges for that key apply to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Applyvio to:

  • send spam, or impersonate someone else;
  • upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits or security of the service;
  • access another person's account or data.

I may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

No guarantees

Applyvio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. I don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, that your data will never be lost, or that using it will get you a job or an interview. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as your CV.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from your use of Applyvio. As the service is free, my total liability to you is limited to zero, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Ending your use

You can stop using Applyvio at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. I may discontinue the service; if so, I'll try to give reasonable notice so you can save your data.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Applyvio after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer or data protection laws of the country where you live.
